Siberia

My morning consisted of a trip down a creek trail named Siberia. It was exceptional. I went with my buddy Mikey, and we always have good talks during our hikes. Some conversation is light and consists of what animal is the absolute best, or where to build the perfect fort; while other discussions carry much more weight. Today's heavier digressions took place atop a cliff overlooking part of the inland empire basin, and most likely developed due to us both losing our dads at similar ages as well as being the eldest of our siblings. Part of our exchange consisted of bizarre and curious appearances our fathers have made in our dreams. Those sleep induced mysteries are too unbelievably intense and profound to put into words now, but I will say that it is comforting to fully experience simultaneous mutual empathy with someone. I am thankful and truly blessed to have such a friend in my life.
